The listed package price covers up to a certain number of ACs. For larger setups, the price will adjust to match the number of units and service requirements.
3 scheduled visits per year (spring, mid-summer, winter). 3-hour first response for faults. 2 emergency visits free. Basic checks: clean filters, clean coils, check electrical connections, top up small refrigerant leak (up to small amount). Simple service note after each visit.
4 scheduled visits per year (quarterly). 2-hour response time. Unlimited emergency visits (labor). Includes: filter replacement (1x/yr), refrigerant top-up (limited), tighten & test electricals, fan & motor check, drain cleaning. Detailed service report after each visit and one annual system health report with improvement tips. 10% discount on spare parts.
6 scheduled visits per year (every 2 months). 1-hour priority response. Unlimited emergency visits with labor and most small parts included. Includes: filter replacement (2x/yr), full coils & drain deep-clean, electrical & safety test, refrigerant leak trace and repair (minor), seasonal performance tuning, quarterly performance report, 30-day work warranty, and 15% discount on major spare parts. Includes expert VRF diagnostics (control checks, sensors, outdoor unit checks), refrigerant balance checks, software/controls check, priority spare procurement, annual energy-efficiency report, optional cloud monitoring (add-on). Detailed VRF diagnostic report after each visit and dedicated VRF technician team.
